I am a UX designer with an emphasis on information architecture.

I have a history in librarianship, where I served patrons' needs researching and creating adult programs, creating research guides, and providing information to the public. 

​

As much as I love librarianship, I felt like I could do more. I helped patrons who were frustrated navigating certain websites, and I wanted to make those experiences easier for them.

​

Transparency and clarity of information were major elements in librarianship, and they remain key aspects to UX. Designing online information so they uphold those tenets motivates me in UX.

​

Otherwise, my spare time is spent reading books, drawing, writing, watching YouTube videos of vintage fashion, and binging Netflix.
